Mixed Martial Athletics
Master Trainer Program
This certification is to assist trainers and facility owners in adding combat sports training options to their roster. We want to provide fitness professionals with the ability to supplement their current strength and conditioning programs with something fun and different that provides serious results for their clients or members.
People enjoy training more when they feel they are learning something exciting and interesting at the same time. They also like to “move with purpose”. This challenges a client to think through movements and understand their purpose instead of just going through the motions. Instead of counting reps they will be focused on the technical aspects of their actions. Besides, people love to hit things! It can be a fun stress reliever if taught in a fun, encouraging, and safe environment.
We want to provide the proper techniques to ensure you are prepared to provide such training and gain maximum effort with minimum injury from your client
